Car maintenance and servicing includes the following:

Performs operational and safety checks from vehicle on the floor, half raised, fully raised, and on engine bay operation checks

Check tyre conditions
Check brakes and discs condition

Follows manufacturer service schedule that does not void dealership warranty
Service stamp on logbook and/or sticker provided

Auto Electrical Service

This service may include electrical diagnosis, removal, installation, or repair of the following:

Pre-purchase Inspection of used cars

Pre purchase inspection of used car is important to know the current condition and be aware of any existing issues prior to purchasing the car. Remember that there may be issues that may provide a price break or point of negotiation

because it might be costly to fix. If it is practicable, it is best to bring the car in the workshop so a thorough inspection can be done. These are the examination and checks included in this service:

Mileage and vehicle history report
External paint condition
Signs of wear and tear on tyres
Leaks & undercarriage Oil levels, under bonnet, belts, transmission fluid, brake fluid, anti freeze, battery
Headlights, tail lights, signal lights, internal lights condition
Drive test to observe any sounds or vibrations, dashboard light, steering and suspension, brakes

If needed, the above may include pre RWC inspection checks

Tyres and Wheel Alignment

It takes only a small misalignment to create problems. Wheel alignment is all about checking the direction and angle at which the wheels are set against your vehicle manufacturer’s specifications. Prevention is better than cure as

they say, so when it comes to tyre care, wheel alignment can:

Save you money, as tyre replacements are required less frequently
Tyres will last longer
Vehicle handling will be optimized
Vehicle will drive smoother with less tyre rolling resistance
Worry free driving

Mechanical and Engine Repair

This is not always as easy as it may seem. Repair Process means the process of returning a damaged object or an object not operating properly to good condition. We take mechanical and engine repair seriously and have no room for mistakes.

Thus, we do the following to ensure the quality of work is never compromised as it may sometimes require a lot of work and can be costly too:

Getting the facts and confirming the mechanical or engine issue
Finding probable causes to determine root cause
Evaluating the strength of existing building or structure
Evaluating the need of repair
Selecting and implementing a repair procedure, following appropriate manufacturer instructions (some issues may need to undergo various points of repair prior to reaching the final point of repair)
Checking and monitoring of outcome
Conclusion or closing of repair procedure

Air Con and Cooling

We hold a current refrigerant trading authorisation(RTA AU57500) from the Australian Refrigerant Council (ARC) to acquire, store and/or dispose of refrigerant used in automotive, and have a full time in-house ARC licensed aircon technician.

A Risk Management Plan is in place which outlines the handling and storage of refrigerant and comply with existing environmental laws. We also use reliable aircon system machine and tools to perform diagnosis and tests on aircon issues, from simple regas or degas to complex aircon issues.

Brakes, Suspension and Steering

There are no hard and fast rules when brake service should be performed so it is important to keep up to date with service schedules and see a mechanic as soon as any symptoms of brake issues comes out. Brakes service may include flushing out the old brake fluid

and replacing it with new fluid, replacing brake pads, resurfacing rotors, and cleaning, adjusting, and lubricating other braking mechanisms. The function of car steering and suspension is to provide solid handling and stability that work together for a safe drive. It is important to have a regular check on car steering and suspension tune up to give comfortable driving experience even on rough terrain. Here are few common symptoms of suspension issues that might need to replace the shock absorbers or struts:

The car bottoming out
Plunging forward on stops
The feel of rocking and rolling when driving around corners
Premature tyre tread wear
Fluid leakage

Here are some symptoms of power steering failure:

Squealing sound when car starts
Groaning noises when turning
Steering wheel is slow to respond
Stiff steering wheel
Power steering fluid level is low
Power steering fluid is grey

Note that if any of the component in the brakes, suspension and steering is not there, we can perform free inspection and checks on the above.

Car Diagnostics

Not only we use top of the line car diagnostic scan tool, systems and local and international support from diagnostic experts, but we also use a process-based approach that is strengthened with evidence-based rule so as to increase accuracy in finding the root cause of the problem and arriving with the

correct solution. Narrowing down the possibilities to find the the root cause of the problem and be able to correct it according to manufacturer instructions is the main goal. To visualize, it is like a funnel wherein the topmost includes the customer concern that needs to be verified and confirmed by visual inspection, checks, and tests. then goes down to retrieving DTCs, checking TSBs, to checking scan tool data, and further down to finding the faults and determine the root cause. Once root cause is reached, then can recommend possible fix, verify the repair procedure, then check and monitor results prior to closing the issue. Depending on the issue, this process can be tedious and time consuming sometimes but will guarantee accurate results and best solutions to car problems.
